Our program can help prepare you for a career in church music ministry, and develop the requisite skills in organizing, playing, conducting and singing—skills necessary to shape music programs in today’s churches and places of worship.
The minor in Sacred Music is especially complementary to a major in religious studies, music, music performance, education and theatre.

A minor in Sacred Music requires 21 credits consisting of

Sacred Music Minor Must ParticipateSacred music minors must participate in four semesters of Chapel Choir, two semesters of Campus Ministry, and Sacred Music Workshops as offered.
